Broken knobs
It was really hard.(ha ha) I had to pull off the old knobs (2 of them) and push on the new ones. Total time involved less than one minute

Air Conditioner Control Knobs Both Broken
BOTH Air conditioner knobs cracked and fell off the air conditioner, leaving the 'metal' pieces. Aside from pliers there is really no quick solution to fix this on the spot.
