Not blowing cold air. Running fine. What is most common failure for this model?

Hello Tom, Thank you for your inquiry. First check and clean your air filter to make sure it is not clogged as it can block the cold air from the evaporator coils. Also check for any debris on the intakes at the back of the unit, the evaporator and condenser coils and check for anything that could be causing the fan blades not to be turning. If it is blowing warm air, then we recommend checking the thermostat. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
