Unit has no power to it, breaker is good. Power at the outlet. Did the reset on the plug and still no lights on the panel and acts like no power

Hi William, thank you for the question. Ensure that there is no damage to the power cord. If it is fine, the issue could be with the main PC board, part number FIX12176712. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

Fan blade broken when purchased Vibration very bad
Removed Window Air Conditioner from box purchased New. Plastic Fan Blade was broken when purchased and Appliance store would not repair. Second phase removed cover from the fan area removed and replaced fan blade replaced cover and reinstalled unit into the window case.
