Thermostat stuck, will not turn off at desired temp
For model number FFRE25L3S21

Fan blade broken when purchased Vibration very bad
Removed Window Air Conditioner from box purchased New. Plastic Fan Blade was broken when purchased and Appliance store would not repair. Second phase removed cover from the fan area removed and replaced fan blade replaced cover and reinstalled unit into the window case.

remote would not work
Ordered A/C remote. Upon arriving it would not work. Call company I ordered it from and explain situation. An email was sent explaining how to return item.
