Although my room temp is 75, unit is displaying a room temp of 50.Unit will turn on, air blowing, but not cooled. no hot air blowing out rear port. in dehumidify mode, compressor kicks on for a short period (a few minutes) and hot air exhausts from the rear port. question: is the room temp read from the main control panel? would replacing the main control panel be a possible fix?

Hello Lee, Thank you for your inquiry. The temperature is read from the interface control board, part# FIX10314952. Check the board for any visible damage, and also make sure that the air vents and hoses are not constricted or clogged and the air filter is clean. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!
