Nelson Lebo is an eco design consultant and educator specializing in low-input/high-performance systems. Although his work falls under the umbrella of permaculture design, he does not often use that term because it confuses many people.
Nelson holds a PhD in science and sustainability education, and a Masters degree in ecological teaching and learning. He has written for various websites and magazines including Green Teacher, Permaculture: practical solutions for self-reliance, The Permaculture Institute, The Automatic Earth, and Transition Voice.
In the last decade he has worked in North America, Central America, India, Australia and New Zealand.
