Broken lid hinge pin.
Removed lid and than removed the lid hinge pins. Installed both new lid hinge pins onto lid. Released clips on front of machine in order to raise top of washer. Removed both original lid hinges. Installed one new lid hinge and installed lid with other lid hinge set in place. Lined up second new lid hinge with hole and installed screw. Lowered top of washer over clips and the job was complete. Received the correct parts which made the job very easy. Perfect, works like new. Thanks for your great service.

Tools:Socket set, Wrench (Adjustable)
Washer pump was broken, making loud continuous noise.
First, make the back of the washer accessable. Second, remove 4 screws holding the plate cover in left rear of washer. Third, use adjustable pliers to remove both hoses. Fourth, use a 10mm socket, and remove the three hold down screws at the base of the water pump. The belt tension will release automatically, when the pump is unbolted. Fifth, reverse same steps. Last, tip the washer forward, and place belt on the transmission pulley and the motor pulley. The motor itself is adjustable with spring tension, allowing you to move the motor itself, while placing the belt on the water pump pulley. When you allow the spring tension of the motor to spring back in place, your belt will be tight. Place water pump cover (access panel) back in place. Your washer is ready to be used.

Hinge broken
Replaced both sides. Used a narrow stiff paint scraper to pop the top off. Pulled the washer out, tilted the top back, removed the the screws with the Six inch ratchet with two inch Phillip head driver. This is easier than a screw driver. More torque required on the hard to remove screws. I put the hinge and pins on, set in place to tighten the last two screws in place. Without screws being hard to remove, probably 20 minute job.

Hinge pin broke on both sides of top. Replaced both the hinge and pin, very easy.
Popped up top to expose screws for hinges. Unscrewed old one, put new one in place. Done! It was that simple.
