Would not spin out.
1. Disconnected power supply.
2. Snapped inside cap off of dial. Took slip clap off to be able to take the dial off (careful there is a spring)
3. Took 4 screws off the top of the instrument panel. Dropped panel down, disconnected old timer, plugged in new timer.
4. Put dial back together.
5. Replaced the instrument pa ... Read more nel and screwed back into place.
