This is a genuine OEM drain hose for your top-load washing machine. It is made with a flexible and corrugated black material, and measures 57-inches in length. The purpose of the drain hose is to move the water out of your washer and into the drain. Over time the drain hose can become cracked or damaged, which will result in water leaking onto your laundry room floor. Replacing this part is an easy repair and should not require any tools, as it is considered a friction fit. You will need to have access to the back of your washer in order to complete this repair.

Hello Bill, Thank you for your inquiry. We have researched the model you have provided and have found that this part is not listed as compatible to your model. The compatible drain hose for your model is part# FIX756357. We hope this helps.
Hello Bob, Thank you for the question. In most cases the appliance would come with a required drain hose, however we do not sell appliances, just parts so this would be a quest better answered by General Electric. We hope this helps!

Simply unscrewed the hose clip, swapped out the damaged hose and then screwed the hose clip back in place. Easy fix and the part came in 2 days. Much better than the $150 estimate that I was given by an appliance repair man.
took cover off front of washer and unplugged machine. used pliers to remove clamps off old lines and hoses. took screws off base of assembly and put in new part. Then i reassembled parts. The old part was easy to find.
Removed two sheet metal screws 1/4" heads. Pulled out the old hose and drain hose clip. Installed new drain hose clip on new hose, pushed hose into place, Screwed into place. Took longer to pull the dryer away from and back to the wall then it did to do the repair.
Unplugged the electric cord. Turned off the water to the 2 hoses. Pulled washer away from the wall about 2 feet so could get close to it and yet not too far so the extension hose could reach to the water outlet pipe. Placed a towel on floor under the washer. Used screwdriver to unscrew the 2 screws that connected the hose clip to the w

Before doing that I took a picture of the existing hose clip so I knew its proper direction since its not a uniform shape. Placed the hose clip on the new extension. Dried out the inside of the washer hole which removed some dirt. Inserted new extension into hole and screwed it back on. Took the other end of the extension and placed it into drainage pipe. Held extension in pipe and drilled small hole into it. Then secured the extension and the pipe with a screw. Turned everything back on and did a very small rinse cycle to be sure that nothing was leaking anywhere. Wall-ah it worked!
