Oven wouldn't heat
Checked the elements to make sure BOTH weren't working. Pulled the oven out from the wall, replaced the part (Thermal Overload Safety Thermostat) mounted on the very back of the oven. Flipped the breaker back on, and voila! It worked. VERRRRY EASY!

Wall Oven got very hot as if self cleaning mode - then Stopped Heating
The installation of the new Thermal Overload Safety Thermostat itself was quite simple and fast (15 minutes). Turned power off. Remove front trim to expose the 2 screws that hold the oven in the cabinet. Slid the oven out, removed back panel (10 or so small machine screws). The new thermostat was smaller and the part number did not match but a quick google verified that the new part replaces LOTS of old part numbers. Removed the old stat, install new (2 wires with junction clips and 2 screws), replaced back cover. turned power on to test and Volia !.The hard part and the time consumer was supporting the oven in place when pull out of the wall. I cut 2 legs from 2x4s and place the under the leading corners of the pull out drawer just below the oven cavity. Built up the top of draw to even with bottom of oven with plywood place on drawer side stiles. Used a 2 inch diameter dowel from a closet rod to roll the oven in and out. That made it a one man job.

Overload thermostat blew out during self clean
Turn off the 220 breaker at the box. Slide the oven out from wall where it is located. I used a couple of sawhorses and a board so I did not have to disconnect the power source. Remove six sheet metal screws on the back of the oven to reveal the thermostat. Two screws hold the thermostat into the housing, remove those after you disconnect the two wires that connect to the thermostat (they slide right off). Put the new thermostat on with the screws. Connect the wires. Place the sheet metal back on the rear of the oven and affix with the screws. Slide the oven back in and turn on the power at the box....Do not use the self-clean on this model.
