Product Description

This is a genuine OEM replacement part designed for use with some Husqvarna Trimmers and Brushcutters. This filter is made out of Foam and it is sold individually. The purpose of this filter is to keep dirt and other small particles from entering the carburetor and engine and causing internal engine damage. Once this type of filter gets clogged or dirty it should be changed (Not Cleaned). This is to prevent restricted air flow and foreign matter from entering the engine.

screw a bit too short to engage internal threads in trimmer.
Used the belt sander to grind down two raised portions; one on the underside of the know, the other on the top of the filter cover.
