Screw drivers
Fuel lines/filter shot. Came as a complete unit with fuel tank, lines & filter in one.
Loosened torx screws on engine bracket holding fuel tank in place.
Disconnected old fuel lines from carb and removed old fuel tank. (Keep the rubber tank cushions for use with the new tank)
Installed the new tank and connected new fuel lines to appropriate carb feed & return.
I also took the time to replace old air filter a nd spark plug with new ones (Plug gap .025)
Put new fuel in tank, started, reset LO/HIGH carb settings and idle speed.
Runs like a new weed-eater. Just needed a little TLC after 27 years of service
