Product Description

This replacement steel plate is a genuine Makita item, not an aftermarket imitation. It is specially designed for use with belt sanders. This assembly consists of a steel plate that helps to support the sandpaper and a cork backing to reduce the vibration. Over time this plate will wear out requiring replacement. Please note, this item is sold individually. The hardware to secure this steel plate is sold separately. To replace this part you will need a screwdriver. • Make sure the sander is unplugged • Unscrew the steel plate • Secure the new plate in place
