Read more penser parts, you can install the hinge part first, then install the dispenser arm with the ice guide attached. THEN attach the door to the dispenser arm. This is much easier than attaching the door to the arm first, and then trying to assemble it. With the new parts (especially the dashpot) it works perfectly.
