Does a replacement thermistor for the icemaker Assy come with Adhesive Cement already applied for assembly?

After watching some repair videos on YouTube of my model ,I found out what things can cause the issue .so I started to test parts .Mine was the mold thermostat that is housed inside the ice maker itself. Used a ohmmeter to test for continuity which there was none and replaced it .. Now it works perfect..I have no background in appliance repair but you tube and and this site saved me a lot of money
