The crisper drawer with humidity control allows you to adjust the humidity within the crisper, which can help preserve the quality of your produce. why did this part not come with the humidity control piece? Am I supposed to take the one off of the damaged crisper drawer? I can't see a way to do that. I need your help or send me a new drawer with that humidity control piece in it.

Thank you for your question. This drawer should have come with the humidity control slide. If it did not come with one, you can remove the humidity control slide off the old drawer and install it on the new drawer. Every time I open the refrigerator, both crisper drawers and meat drawer below the crispers all slide open. Why is this happening and what do I do to stop it?

Hello Diane, thank you for the question. If the refrigerator is not leveled, then the crisper drawer and meat pan come out of the cabinet. You may need to level the refrigerator by adjusting the foot brake, part number FIX11748978. Turn both brake feet clockwise the same amount until the brake feet are snug against the floor. Check again. If not satisfied, continue to adjust the brake feet by half turns of the screw until the refrigerator is level. We hope this helps!
