A more difficult repair than it had to be
The part was fine, but the person I spoke to was mistaken about what was included (one of the YouTube videos was identically inaccurate) and these inaccuracies made installing the part more challenging than I was told and than the video I watched led me to believe. It might have helped if your agent had actually installed the part. Still, the part fit perfectly, despite requiring my figuring out how to place the wires to make it fit.
