Haier refrigerator not getting cold in the bottom
Remove the back panel in the freezer . Should be four Phillip head screws holding it in place . Remove these four screws . Starting at the top of the panel pull panel forward , disconnect the plug going to the fan . I left the other wires plugged up , and payed the panel down inside the fridge . rews holding the fan bracket to the panel . The green wire should be hooked to the fan mount bracket. Remove the 1/4 inch screw using the same nut driver . Remove the two screws holding the fan motor to the fan bracket. Gentley pull on the fan blades ( should slide off the fan motor ) without having to remove the spring inside the top of the fan blades . Remove the top mount bracket making sure the rubber bushing stays in the mount bracket lift the motor from the bottom of the mounting bracket , again making sure the rubber bushing stays in the bottom part of the mount bracket . Replace the new motor in reverse removal instructions.
