Old valve used compression fittings on the plastic lines. The new valve uses the push oring fittings which required cutting off the end of each line. The line to the ice maker was quite short to start with and after cutting the end off it was to short which required splicing in a short piece of line. After installation it works fine

I watch your instructions, and it was very easy. identify the colors in the lines, just like one two three, done
Followed instructions depicted in your website video
googled part, found the part on your site great price and simple to replace.
Turned off water to refrigerator and unplugged the power. removed the back using 1/4" nut driver, disconnected the water line into the valve control. Removed the two screws holding the water valves and removed from unit. The wiring is color coded so unplugged from unit and then cut the water lines one at a time and installed in the new unit by pushing into place. reconnected the wires., reinstalled in frig and put cover back. reconnected the main water line and plugged into power source. the whole thing took less than 30 minutes. very easy repair. the ice maker still didn't produce ice. 4 days later it started working fine. needs time to reset.
Remove old valve. Had to cut off old screw on fittings. Push lines into new valve set. Connect connectors. Cleaned out dust from rear of unit. Purged air from lines.
I followed instructions from repair video. Watched it 3 time and had it handy during install if I need to refer to it. A little more water than I expected came from tubing, but not too much. One hand towel was sufficient. Make sure to clean up water on electrical connectors before reattaching and plugging in refrigerator. Everything went exactly as the video described. No surprises. As I replaced filter at same time I let water flow from dispenser (5-6 12oz glasses) until it was clear. Ice maker went into production immediately, too, and I had plenty in just a few hours. Thanks
Watched the video and simple as can be..
Just flowed the instructions. Now I have to use a hair dryer for the ice maker to work!!!
As described on the instruction sheet
