Tenant somehow damaged shelfing
I looked closely at how the crisper glass fit on the damaged cover removed the drawers, the glass and then the crisper cover which is actually the frame for the crisper drawers and the glass is what gives the front edge it's strength. My guess is the glass slid rearward from it's "pocket" allowing the center plastic to fracture. The fro nt and rear self trim was a different . I had to really study another shelf to determine the proper installation only to find out I had it upside down. Unreal this much damage to a two year old unit.
