Refrigerator Water Filter

This water filter is an OEM replacement filter designed for use in refrigerators. It is responsible for filtering and purifying the water that comes from the water and ice dispenser. It removes contaminants, such as dirt, rust, and harmful chemicals, which ensures that your water is clean and safe for consumption. If you have noticed an unpleasant taste/smell in your water, leaking water in the refrigerator, and problems with dispensing ice/water, the filter is likely either clogged, or worn down and in need of replacement. It is recommended to replace the filter every 6 months for optimal performance. Before you begin this repair, ensure that the water supply is turned off. Remove the old filter from the filter housing, insert the new filter in and lock it in place. Run the water through the dispenser to remove air bubbles and ensure the filter is working properly.
