needed new drip bowls
took old ones out - put in new ones - plugged heating element in - done.... However - after 2 weeks the paint chipped off one of the drip bowls. I called customer service in the afternoon on April 2nd and on April 3rd, around 11 AM a whole new Drip Bowl Kit was delivered to my door. Awesome!!! No need to return the chipped bowl - was told to keep the rest for spares - I am so thrilled with this company, can't wait for something else to break so I can order something from them again.

Our old bake element burnt out and drip bowls were quite worn
We disconnected the power source, opened the oven door, removed the screws that held the old element. We then pulled the element out from back, and unplugged the connecting wires. Then we plugged in the new element, replaced the screws, reconnected the power, and we were done. As far as the drip bowls, I just unplugged the burn ers, pulled out the old bowls and rims, and put in the new drip bowls. The rim and bowls are one piece on the new ones. Then I plugged the burners back in and was done. The new bowls are lighter than the old ones both in color and in weight, but my old ones were really in poor condition.
