humb and fore finger, I pulled the connection apart. I repeated on the right side connection. Placed new element in the upper oven. Connected left and right connections using thumbs and fore fingers. Pushed element forward until screw plates aligned with holes and reinserted screws. "Lower Element" - Same steps as above with Upper Element Replacement. Upper Element works great. Lower Element problem remained. The element gets warm but not hot. Therefore lower element problem is not related to the element itself.

Upper Bake Element
Part was fairly priced and arrived quickly. Fit perfect. Simple to do. Shut off breaker, undo 4 screws in back of stove. Undo one screw on each side of the old element. Unplug and attach the new element. Reverse the process to finish. 15 minutes and a Phillip’s Head screwdriver and your done.
