Will this spring fixed my electric ranges oven?

Oven door fell open
Removed side panel by removing 3 screws in the front. Three screws on the top and three screws in the rear. Hooked new spring in holes and done. The parts were delivered in a couple of days...even faster then they said. Repair man wanted $220 to repair. It cost me $4.97 and shipping
