my oven's door seal had worn out
I removed the old seal by pulling it out of the holes in the door. The seal has spikes that go into the holes but they were easy to pull out using pliers. It was very easy to put the new seal in, all you have to do is make sure the spikes fit in the proper holes and the seal is lined up correctly, then push the spikes into the holes.
