Too much air when using burner
Simply lifted off old burner head and replaced with new one, no tools required. However, it was the large, right front burner so the small burner cap is not the proper cap. It needs to be the large burner cap so I just used the old one.

Easy Peavy. Just remove the old one and put the new on. DONE.
