Element was burnt out

Turned power off to unit. Removed the 2 screws holding heating element on to back wall. Gently pulled element ends out of back wall exposing wire clips that make the connection. Pulled off clips, cleaned bottom of oven, put clips on new element, gently pushed wires back into unit, re-attached the screws. Turned power back on to unit. Ran it at 350 degrees for 10 minutes to burn off any chemicals from manufacturing and shipping.

Simply unscrewed the two tabs at the back of the oven that are attached to the bottom burner element, pulled out the element which was attached to the wiring with quick clip connectors, detached the connectors and reattached the new element, and then screwed it back in. Turned on the oven and it worked like a charm.
