This is an OEM aluminum grease filter for a range hood. It measures approximately 5-7/8-inches by 16-15/16-inches. It is recommended to change this filter every six months to ensure it fulfills its purpose of removing dirt, grease, debris and odors. It can be cleaned in the dishwasher, making it very convenient to keep well-maintained. For this quick and easy repair, remove the four screws that hold the cover in place. Remove the metal cover, take off the metal wires, and remove the grease filter. Secure the new grease filter in place and reassemble.
