All key pad functions work except "start", turn table does not move and micro wave function does not start. Interior light stays on whether door is open or shut...does this mean the door micro-switch needs to be replaced?

No heat open door and the plate will start to turn
Look on lnternet no heat it told. To check to cheek the micro switch and it said when door is open the plate will start to turn so I looked at the micro switch
