Replaced element but still won't heat

my oven does ot heat beyond 365 degree F. I have replaced the bake element and the thermostat. Using a multimeter and tuning on bake the broil element works and cycle. The bake element always stays at 0 volts, It never cycles.

Hi Bradley, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest replacing the control board, part number FIX8751636, to solve the problem. It monitors the temperature and controls the oven heat. We hope this sorts out your problem!
Removed cover and control panel. Discovered the thermostat had a burned connection. Removed thermostat and replaced. Small issue with new thermostat which is version 2.
