Turntable would not revolve. Vent Grille would drop off occationally.
Simply exchanged the turntable coupler--no tools. Attached grille with screws. Quick and simple. parts arrived in 2 days! Saved me from buying a new, expensive microwave!

replace turntable motor
My GE microwave is a countertop so it was different than the units mounted over the stove in the youtube videos. This one has an easy to access hatch with turntable motor access. I UNPLUGGED THE POWER, unscrewed it, unplugged the motor, plugged the new one in, and closed the hatch. I had to pop some little solders that were holding the door over the motor and after you put the new motor in the door is designed to be slid into 2 slots and screwed back on.
