Couple was broken. The tray was not turning
The coupler was a little bit longer. I had to cut about 5 mm. Once that was done, it fit nicely. Unfortunately, i was not able to get the exact part number for the model, which is 13 years old. So I was glad to find something that worked!

Microwave Turntable stopped turning
I removed the glass turntable and realized the coupler had broken on the shaft, but the shaft/motor was still working. The coupler has a flat side that fits on the motor shaft. Removing the broken shaft was a bit of a problem because some of the broken pieces fell down in the motor housing area. If you have the same situation perhaps tapi ng the broken coupler together might help before you pull it out of the small opening. The coupler was a very tight fit to the shaft and I cautiously tapped it into place with a rubber mallet. There is a tiny flange that needs to go down far enough to have a permanent fit. It wasn't hard, just a little tedious not wanting to break the replacement to get a good fit. Good luck! I'm sure you will find it easier than I did.

Broken coupler for turntable
Spent most of time trying to figure out which breaker in power panel was for microwave (nothing was marked). Finally shut off all power to be safe. Removed 5 screws per included instructions. Fiddled around trying to grab broken base piece in upper housing. Able to finally clear it out so new hub could be slipped on to drive motor. P ut everything back in correct position. Works like new. Many thanks for the instructions sent. You saved me a couple hundred dollars. Shipping blew me away. It came the next morning after ordering the previous afternoon. Amazing to say the least.

Broken Turntable Coupler with piece inside motor cavity.
One of my sons used a q-tip with a little honey on it to fish the broken piece out, then installed the new turn table coupler.
