The right side of the mowing deck was dragging the ground.
I identified the area and compared it to the opposite side which still had the cotter pin and place. The cotter pin on the right side had been lost in the mowing process. I used pliers to attach the new pin and all is well! Super glad to find a website that carries all parts for my dad's mower. He has dementia and can't remember where the manual is so I was glad to find fix.com.

clevis pin had come out of rototiller tines and tine came off.
Step1. remove side cover of rototiller tines
Step2. clean off shaft and slide tine back into position.
Step3. Insert clevis pin through holes and clip in place with cotter pin.
Step4. Put side cover back in place and tighten wingnuts.
