Snapped drive cable and worn out drive wheels
Wheels are easiest. Just loosen axle nuts and pull front drive wheel/wheels off. Install new wheel/wheels making sure the gear teeth in the inner part of the wheel align correctly. Retighten axle nuts. To replace drive cable I watched the Fix tutorial on YouTube specific to my brand and model of Husqvarna lawn mower (HU700f). When install ing the cable, I just made sure to snap a few cell phone pics for reference as I disassembled everything.

Self Propelled Function not working well
Initially I though the issue was a damaged or worn belt for the self propelled system but then I noticed that the right front wheel was not driving the lawnmower forward but the left wheel was just fine. I removed the right wheel using a socket. I found that the gear teeth on the inside of the wheel had been worn down to nothing. I also s aw that the debris shield was cracked and open letting grass and other material get inside the wheel gear teeth. I suspect this is what led to the wheel failure. IF you are replacing a drive wheel you should replace the debris shield as well. Its very easy: 1. lift front of mower and support with a block. 2. Remove the wheel by first taking off the nut in the center of the wheel hub. 3. Slide off the wheel and inspect for damage. 4. Inspect the debris shield for damage. 5. Remove retaining pin on the shaft of the drive axle so that the drive gear can be slid off. 6. Clean all parts as well as possible. 7. Reassemble with new wheel and debris shield. 8. Remove gear box plastic cover on front of mower. 9. Clean around the belt and gear box (usually full of grass clippings). 10. Check cable tension for self propelled gear box. 11. Reassemble.
