What is the diameter of this wheel?

I saw your response on needing a S/N. I bought the mower around 2014. The model is HU 700H. the only thing I found resembling a S/N is:
GCV160LA0 S3B NH1
GJARA 5380376
There are no other numbers besides model number listed anywhere on the machine.

Hello Bryant, Thank you for your inquiry. The numbers you have provided are actually the model number, type code and vin number of the Honda engine. As we have multiple versions of a HU700H, the number we were needing would start with a 9614 and is more of a manufacturer id number. Ironically, the Product # and Serial # were hidden behind the wheel..

The outer diameter of the rear wheels measures 13 inches and the inner diameter is about 10.5 inches but they are the ones listed as compatible to your model.
