Upper and Lower racks were rusting

The top rack needed the stoppers taken off and then sliding out the old rack and then sliding in the new rack. I then popped the stoppers back in. The lower rack was even easier because there were no stoppers to remove. There were no instructions for the lower rack, but it was easy to see where to pop on the sliding wheels and put the rack into the dishwasher. There were a few extra parts that were not needed. Old drip pans has rusted out. Simply replaced them.

Removed the surface element and replaced with the new one. If it had continued to overheat as the old one did, I would have had to call an electrician to repair. But so far, it seems to be working fine. Read more...
