Product Description

This Ignition Module is a genuine OEM approved Mr. Heater replacement part. To ensure this is compatible with your Heater, please see the "Model Cross Reference List" below. This battery powered ignition module is part of the ignition system in your portable heater. The ignition system is what creates the spark inside your heater, it is the spark that ignites the fuel-air mixture. This replacement part comes with everything you need to get this part installed in your heater and will have your internal combustion engine running again in no time. Over time, components may wear out and begin to fail, eventually requiring a replacement. If your Heater will turn on but will not ignite, you may need to replace the Ignition Module. This part is made of durable metal and plastic components, is approximately 4" in length, and is sold individually.

How do I install the battery in the igniter button

Hi Jay, thank you for reaching out. To install the battery, unscrew the ignitor cap, insert the battery, and replace the cap. Make sure that the positive terminal is up. We hope this helps!

ignitor not working
Screwed the cap off the new ignitor. Screwed it onto my old ignitor on heater and it works fine.
