The primary purpose of the Fuel Filter Assembly is to filter to fuel to ensure that it is free of any debris or contaminants. Through regular use, the Fuel Filter can become clogged and restrict fuel flow, eventually requiring a replacement. Fuel Filters should be cleaned at least twice per heating session, by rinsing it in clean 1-K kerosene. It is made of durable white plastic, is approximately 7" in length, and is sold individually.
