Fan Blade and Spring Clip

Removed inside back panel, removed fan, removed fan blade, installed new fan blade, reversed order for completing work.
Works fine! Probably saved $200-$300 for service call by doing it myself.

Let me start by saying that I am not handy in any way, shape or form. If I can do this, anyone can (seriously)...I started by unplugging the freezer (duh) and removing all shelves/drawers except for the top two. Pulled off the broken fan blade assembly. Based on other comments, I decided to also flip the bolts that attach the motor to the bracket to minimize the chance that they might come into contact with the new fan blades. Put the new fan blades on and reassembled. Plugged it back in and it's good as new. Can't believe how quietly it runs now!

This site very good, and easy to navigate, and has exploded views that make finding the part easy. Received fan blades the next day! ... removed four screws, unplugged the fan and removed. Replace fan blades, and re-installed.
