If that does not take care of the issue, then the problem is most likely to be related to the Temperature Sensor, part number PS1765215. The repair is pretty straight forward check video with this site . If your fan is working do not replace it, that was not the problem that was suggested. The thermostat sensor solved the problem.
I removed the panel in back of freezer with Philips screw driver then unplugged the motor from the freezer wire harness and removed the evaporator fan motor bracket with a nutdriver. ... Read moreou may have to defrost the bottom of the freezer before you can remove the bottom 3 screws. NOTE: The thermostat is connected to the back panel, so carefully pull it out to expose the evaporator fan. Remove the two bolts holding the evaporator fan motor in. Disconnect the evaporator fan motor wiring harness. Lift out the evaporator fan motor. Gently pull the fan of off its spindle. Install the fan onto the spindle of the new evaporator fan motor. Install the new evaporator fan motor using the two previously removed bolts. Reconnect the wiring harness. Re-install the rear panel. NOTE: Make sure the drain located at the bottom of the freezer is not clogged/frozen - if it is, clear/unclog it, Re-install the bottom tray and the shelves. Plug the freezer back in. Close the freezer and allow it to get cold again, re-stock.
