This is an authentic Black and Decker replacement part. This lower tube connects to the upper tube, which attaches to your leaf blower/vacuum allowing you to clean your yard with ease. The upper and lower tube are used when you have your equipment in blower mode, not vacuum mode. This tube is made out of plastic and is easy to install, you simply slide it onto the upper tube until you hear the click, this signals they are securely connected. To attach the complete blower tube assembly to your blower you line the tube up with the housing and push the tube into the housing until it locks into place. The upper tube is sole separately.
