This is an authentic OEM replacement part that has been sourced directly from Powermate. There are two gauges found on the manifold of air compressors. One gauge indicates what level of pressure the regulator is set at, and the other gauge indicates the current level of pressure in the tank. Gauges commonly need to be replace because over time they will rust and corrode, this is due to the fact the air in the tank is warm and wet. As the gauge deteriorates you will get inaccurate readings, and eventually the gauges will fail entirely. This gauge is sold individually, and you will need basic hand tools to successfully replace this part. Make sure you unplug the compressor and drain the air in the tank before you start this repair.
