If the ice maker in your fridge is noisy or no longer dispensing ice, there may be an issue with the auger in the ice bucket. The auger works by spinning to pull and dispense ice from the bin down the ice chute and into your glass. Regular use of the auger over time can cause it to wear down, and if ice is allowed to build up it can also cause the auger to break.
