Oven door Hinge was broke...Door would just fall open
Watched the video on the repair you supplied...gave us confidence to make the repair. As easy as the video shows. We went ahead and bought 2 hinges and replaced both sides, since we had it apart...We, however, took the opportunity to take the door completely apart and clean it very good. Went back together easy. The new parts fit perfectl y and my oven looks and works like it is brand new..New light bulb was a snap too. So glad I found this company....fast shipping too. Will always look here first in the future.

Broiler element failed

Plugged the oven in and turned broiler on to check in worked. Waited for it to cool down and then screwed to plate back into place. Hung the broiler from the oven hooks.

Touchpad controls weren't responding, couldn't change settings/temp
You have to unscrew the pivot plate from the upper middle of the cabinet first. Then slide back and remove the clear lightbulb cover. Use a thin flat screwdriver to pry off the entire bracket assembly from the roof of the fridge, being careful to unlatch the plug for the electrical wires. Use the screwdriver to pop off the plastic part c overing the cable connection for the old touchpad, then peel off the old touchpad and unplug it. Plug in the new part, pressing it into place - it's self-adhering.

With power off, simply take small screwdriver and insert from interior of old socket to bend inward (each side) a small retaining tab that holds socket assembly in place. Once both tabs are bent inward, sockets pulls out easily; be careful not to lose spade terminals connected on rear. Reattach spade connectors (2) to new socket assembly, and firmly press them back into rear corner of oven which you will here a snap when side clips engage. Insert new bulb and lens cover.

Broken glass on oven light fixture
Original light fixture difficult to remove. I could not see or feel tabs holding fixture to chassis. In anger I finally used hammer and screwdriver to forcibly remove fixture, destroying it in the process. Happily, the new fixture snapped into the hole as advertised.
