Washer would drain but left clothes soapy and wet with some water left.
Push a putty knife in the crack at the top of the front cover a few inches in from each side. Takes a bit of fiddling to release each clip. Pul the top of the cover out and lift off. Squeeze the the hose clamps with channel locks and pull the hoses off the pump. Unscrew the 2 sheet metal screws with a nut driver or socket wrench. To insta ll the new pump I found it easier to to hold the black drain hose clamp open with vise grip pliers and get the hose and clamp in position then release the vise grip pliers. Then reattach the pump hold down screws then attach the grey hose in the same manner with the vise grips. New pump fixed the problem, old one ran but was weak.

Washer would not spin....troubleshooting identified slow pump
Initially, resetting the motor solved the problem but finally that did not work. Troubleshooting identified a slow pump. Removed the pump and inspected it. Found the front bearings were loose and the drain pipe was slightly clogged. Ordered a new pump....installed and problem solved.

Washer would not drain
I unplugged the washer and disconnected the water hoses. I drained the water through the drain hose in back. I stood the washer on it's side to bring the pump into a position where i could remove it while I is was standing versus kneeling. I used the socket and ratchet to remove the 2 bolts on the bracket that held the pump in place. I u sed pliers to unclip the 2 hoses from the pump. I put a little motor oil on the hose connections of the new pump and reconnected the hoses back to the pump. I reconnected the water supply hoses and plugged the washer back in and turned it back on. It worked.

water won't drain after wash or rinse
I just opened the front panel & Checked the drain pump for any clogs inside. Well, I have to drain the water on a bucket to finish my laundry. 20 trips to driveway. Tested the pump ohm meter. Tested voltage on on the wires during drain cycle. 120 volts output. Drain motor was frozen. Not bad an amateur ....

Washer would not drain
Followed instructions shown in the video. Was easy with the exception of refitting the black hose onto the pump. There was no issue with the pump itself. It was a tight space. The pliers repeatedly slipped of the clamp. Was worried if I pulled too hard on the short black hose it might tear. Needed a third hand but there was no space for one. Finally got it done. Washer is fixed and working great. I did something to the clamps holding the front panel onto the machine. Used packing tape temporarily until I figure out why they no longer work. So be careful with those.
