The fresh food door gasket runs along the circumference of your refrigerator’s fresh food door and creates the seal that allows your refrigerator to regulate the temperature inside. If the gasket is worn, stretched, or damaged, your fridge may become too warm, and you may notice the door is sweating. The door also may not open or close properly because of a damaged gasket. To replace the gasket, carefully pull the old gasket out the grooves it fits in around the door. Press the new gasket into the same grooves snugly. This part is an OEM part from the manufacturer.
