How are this lamps removed and installed? Are they a twist in and out or a plug inand out? I twisted and pulled on the lamp and it cme loose from the socke.

Hi Paul, thank you for getting in touch. You will need to rotate the bulb counter clockwise to release it from the socket. To insert the new light bulb insert the terminals into the socket and rotate clockwise to secure. We hope this sorts out your problem!
