What would cause the top portion agitator to lift slightly causing a popping sound of roper washer . I also can see a dog ear may need replacing.

Hello Domelina, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Bolt that holds the Agitator in place to see if it is loose and needs to be replaced or tightened.
