Gas valve dropped out after about a minute and a half , so lost heat.
Hardest part was finding out how to get at the burner . A friendly local service tech told me about a couple screws I missed . So ..Unplug the dryer!! A short can ZAP another part while you're working on the coils. Now , open the Dryer door , there are 2 screws going vertically into the top panel of the dryer . Lift and tilt and twist and shake a bit and the top will come off for you. Now look into the area where the front panel meets the side panels . There is a screw on each side of the dryer , fastening through the side panel into the front panel . Once these are removed you lift the front panel out and up. There are pins which nest into holes near the floor in the side panels. When the front is loosed , turn it away from the dryer to lean up against something. I used the washer for this , but don't unwire it. First of all you don't need to , and secondly , you don't need to .You'll need a short philips screwdriver now to remove the strap which holds the coils down onto the valve .When you remove the coil , or coils , pay close attention to how they fit into the assembly. There are little pins and holes you don't want to mix up , nothing would fit then. Pull off the wiring connectors from the old coil , plug it onto the new one , assemble in reverse order and you're done . When putting the front panel in place , set the pins first then lift and play the drum so the panel and drum go together. Fitting the top panel could be a dance too , but just pay attention to how the top fits to the control panel , you might have to tweak a little to get everything back where it belongs. Now , congratulate yourself . Ya dun good !

Found resistance reading online for components in the dryer and determined that one of the 2 gas valve solenoid coils was reading as an open circuit, infinite resistance. Ordered the coil and decided to replace the igniter as well. Only 2 screws held the flame tube in place, that is the part that holds the igniter, removed the 2 screws, pulled the flame tube and removed and replaced the igniter. Reattached the flame tube. Removed the screws that hold the coils in place, coils slid off easily, replaced them and reattached the plate that holds those in place. Very easy fix.
