The Little Blue Fabric softener Flap was Broken
Lift the lid to the Washer Up, Hold the Drum from moving With one Hand, Reach down to the Fabric softener Dispenser with the other Hand, Then lift the little blue Flap up as if you were to add fabric softener. Now you will see two little White plastic square's that the Blue fabric softener lid was covering. Place your Index finger on one side of one Square and your Thumb on the other side of the other Square, Now turn the Dispenser Counter Clock wise to loosen it. It Will Take A Little Force to turn It , so hang in there. After it is loose you can Lift it out. Installation is the Reversal of the removal.
